Moderno L-28BV Bar Stool

The Moderno collection is an ergonomic seating series designed by Yrjö Kukkapuro in 1956-62. Products in the series include a range of upholstered lounge chairs, a rocking chair and handy small chairs for both home offices and public spaces. The bar stool is made in two different heights.

Obituary – Yrjö Kukkapuro (1933–2025)

The great master of Finnish design, professor Yrjö Kukkapuro, has passed away. His life’s work has left a lasting mark on both domestic and international design. At Modeo, we have had the pleasure of collaborating with him and getting to know him both as a designer and as a person. His legacy lives on in timeless furniture and continues to inspire us.
