Product Returns

If the products you have bought are not suitable for your use for any reason, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. Contact Modeo customer service for detailed instructions for returning. The price and delivery costs will be reimbursed in their entirety to the account you have specified within 30 days of the product return.

For business-to-business sales (orders including business ID), the ordering and contract terms of online sales apply. For consumer sales, we follow the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding distance sales (Consumer Protection Act (38/1978), chapter 6: doorstep and distance selling).

Returns will only be accepted when the following conditions are met: The product must be unused, fit for sale and packed in its original packaging. Custom-made products (products that are manufactured, ordered from the manufacturer or modified according to the requests of the consumer) have no refund rights. If the product has lost a part of its sales value due to actions of the customer, the customer is responsible to reimburse Modeo the difference between the product sale price and price due to loss of value. The loss of value of the product is determined on on a case-by-case basis.

If the product can be returned normally by post, Modeo will cover the return costs. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs only in the case where the return shipment, for example due to its size or weight, requires a special transport.
